Compact disc player CD1
The CANOR CD1 is a tube compact disc player characterized by harmonious combination of comfort, sound quality and aesthetics. A solid cherry wooden front panel delivers it a deserved classical style. The unparalleled tube wiring circuit makes possible to reach natural sound and great detail.
In our CD1 we use 2x 12AX7 (ECC83), 2x6922 (ECC88 equivalent) tubes and 1xEZ81 as a rectifier diode.
As to the DAC converter used, the player is equipped with 24bit/192kHz Burr-Brown PCM1792A. Mechanics is from renowned manufacturer Philips, model L1210/65. CD1 excels the original concept with a variety of features that set it apart from the crowd of other CD players.
Precisely designed power supply assists the player to create a smooth, powerful, yet delicate sound.
Exceptional timing generates a deep wide soundstage allowing the listener to mediate an analogue realism.
